Vibratory Motor

The Vibratory Motor is an Energy Efficiency Motor with imbalanced weight at both ends of the shaft. Vibration is caused by the spinning of the unbalanced weight at the shaft. 

Various screening patterns can be obtained by altering their lead angle to suit various purposes. Motors for flange installation and foot mounting are offered in a variety of sizes.

Features

  • A cast-iron body that is completely stress-free 
  • EN-8 is used to make the shaft. 
  • Heavy-duty bearings that are synchronised with the speed and strain to provide greater operating reliability 
  • A steel unbalanced counterweight is attached on both sides of the motor, allowing for easy oscillation tuning from zero to maximum vibratory force. 
  •  Vibratory motors will be protected to an IP-55/65 standard. 
  • Insulation of the “F” Class 
  • Power Connection: 3 Ph, 415V, 50Hz. A.C. Supply
