Electro Mechanical Feeder

Mechanical Feeders with unbalanced motor drives are a cost-effective technique of conveying bulk commodities. Vibratory feeders use less energy than other types of conveying systems. 

The vibration is produced by the eccentric movement of unbalanced weights positioned on each side of the motor. Twin motor vibrator drives designed for counter-rotation create linear vibratory action, which transports the product across the vibrating surface.
