Magnetic head pulleys Protect against tramp iron infiltration of both huge and tiny iron particles controversially. Non-ferrous material is ejected in a regular plane as the product passes over the head pulley. Ferrite and Rare Earth Magnetic Pulleys are available.
Ferrous metal is drawn to the pulley and stays on the belt until it moves away from the pulley and out of the product stream. The separation is done continually and automatically. Aluminum, plastic, glass, wood, and other non-ferrous material flows, such as chemicals, food, cereals, textiles, ceramics, and coal, are all recycled or processed using this technology.
Metal extraction and segregation of screws, nails, fasteners, blanks, wire, chain, tools, and other ferrous objects from your product flow take place without a hitch.
